Appointments offered on this page are only for covid testing.  

If you have made an appointment online, we will contact you for further information.

You must bring your ID and insurance card with you.

You must wear a mask at all times unless asked to take off during testing.

Please remain seated in your car and we will perform the test in your car. Our medical staff do the testing for you, self swab is not permitted.

All patients less than 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Rapid covid test results in 15 minutes. 

Same day COVID-19 PCR test results, please call to check for availability.

If you are traveling and requesting a PCR test, Good 4 U Family Clinic is not responsible to select a testing date for you. It is at the discretion of the patient, as the travel requirement varies from different airlines and destinations of travel.
